(AS IS - it's gonna be like you picked it off the wall at an old timey tattoo shop. The ONLY change will be "NAME" in a banner. You can change it to a name or word but it's gotta fit in the banner!)

*NO COLOR CHANGES
(You can change the design to black and grey, but why would you do that?)

*NO SIZE CHANGE
(Do you think Sailor Jerry had a photocopier?? They used hand-cut acetate stencils, so your size is the size of the flash)

*ARMS AND LEGS ONLY
(Unless it's a sick ass full chest-piece. Everything else is arms and legs)
